You act as an advisor, supervising students overnight, during dormitory activities, and while transporting them on-campus. Additionally, you perform visual dorm checks to ensure student safety. As part of your direct care position, you are awake and alert at all times while on shift.You ensure that safety and containment are maintained at all times. You patiently follow protocol in maintaining discipline among students. Your empathy comes through in your interactions with each participant that you work with, but you also maintain proper professional boundaries at all times. You model exemplary behavior and follow employee guidelines.
