SummaryAs Dynapower''s Training Manager, you''ll focus on driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization through the development and management of training and learning programs. You''ll assess the learning and development needs of the business, and design, plan, and implement programs to meet those needs. What You''ll Be DoingOn an average day, you''llCoordinate with line managers to identify skill/knowledge gaps and identify training needs. Implement training and development programs, which may include technical training, management or organizational development, sales training, safety training, train-the-trainer programs, or learning management. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, and third-party training providers to support the L&D strategy. Assess training effectiveness and modify programs as needed to improve results; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention. Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training assessments and program sessions. Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective, including documentation of employee participation and/or performance. What You Need To ApplyBachelor''s Degree in Human Resources Management or related area preferred4 years of experience in administering learning, training and/or development programs within a manufacturing and/or sales environment requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design abilityThorough understanding of learning and training processesAbility to moderate large groupsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficient with LMS related softwareWhat We DoFor more than five decades, Dynapower has been helping solve some of the toughest power conversion challenges in industries ranging from metal finishing and mining to chemical and steel production. It is based in South Burlington, VT but is eligible for hybrid on-site/remote work. This role is set in a professional office environment.
