Active Directory Reporting & Metrics Analyst Watsonville, California Duration:6 Months Job Description.Active Directory is key part of IS service to manage permissions and access to network resources/services worldwide. The Active Directory Clean-Up main objectives are to reduce the number of non-used accounts, create data consistency on attributes and crating / running scripts for proper updating. The AD Clean-Up shall engage needed communication with users to follow up on data inquiries and status. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:To run report to validate needed information to be updated in Active Directory from HR SystemTo run data analysis to define needed updates.To validate data definition by weekly reports HR SystemTo validate/feedback on manual AD activities by Service Desk teams across regions.SOP & Documentation updates upon need.Skills and Abilities:Ability to comprehend, assimilate workflows/process for IT services delivery, systems functionality and software/hardware integration independently.Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish (ideally).Effective communicationData/Information AnalysisActive Directory architecture/database basicStrong excel/data base queries and reporting and potential automationInternal Dashboard excel updating and PowerPoint presentationEducation and ExperienceBachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience.8-10 years of full-time work experience directly related to developing technical and/or software product information in an IT/IS environment.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products. - provided by Dice
