Job Number: R0142951 Military Aircraft Program Office Manpower AnalystKey Role: Assist program managers as the Site and Ship Activation Manpower and Personnel point of contact for the client Program Office. Service coordination and update of the programs Manpower Estimate (ME) in accordance with US statutes and DoD and Service directives and policies. Quantify potential manpower savings provided by improved Reliability and Maintainability and the introduction of advanced technologies. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Basic Qualifications: * 6+ years of experience in military manpower analysis * Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook * Knowledge of military aviation life cycle logistics infrastructure and processes * Knowledge of requirements identification, proposal generation, statements of work, technical evaluations, contract negotiations, contract oversight, and performance evaluation * Knowledge of project management methodologies * Ability to gather and analyze a variety of program information concerning program progress and communicate recommendations orally and in writing to higher organizational management effectively * Secret clearance * Bachelor''s degree Additional Qualifications: * Knowledge of DoD aircraft systems in aircraft maintenance, military logistics, program management, or military aviation * Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition and systems engineering required to plan, organize, and manage critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment * Knowledge of site surveys and activation planning for Department of Defense Weapon Systems * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Master''s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
