*Senior Management Analyst with Security Clearance

Description Senior Management Analyst Washington DC The Senior Management Analyst serves as a management and operations subject matter expert supporting PMS 555 in development and execution of the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Plan (SIOP). PMS 555 is chartered with the design and execution of the recapitalization and modernization of the infrastructure at the four public nuclear shipyards in order to improve their productivity and increase their throughput to support Navy combat readiness. The Senior Management Analyst will provide expertise in developing, updating, maintaining, and communicating Standard Operating Procedures, process documents, instructions, and other aspects supporting the efficient and effective operation of the program office in execution of its mission. Requirements : * 10+ years'' demonstrated professional experience in execution of a major defense programs. * Bachelor''s Degree in related field required. * Must be US citizen and have a Secret Security Clearance * Experience pertaining to shipyard operations. * Experience communicating with PM/SES/Flag level personnel * Must be independent, highly organized and able to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines at the same time. * Must be resourceful, take initiative, and be able to execute high-quality, high-visibility products in accordance with deadlines.
