The person in this position is expected to know and support the mission and values of Dominican Oaks and to apply the Dominican Oaks philosophy while performing daily job tasks.Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required OR related experience and/or training required OR equivalent combination of education and experience required. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos required. Ability to write simple correspondence required. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to residents and other employees required. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English required. Ability to demonstrate basic math skills required. Ability to demonstrate good judgment and problem solving skills required.
