Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.Wipes tabletops and chairs in accordance to departmental Health Standards.Sets tables with silverware and glassware.Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.Assist server with guests dining pletes work assignments for opening and closing plete any task assigned by dining room manager, chef, or supervisor.Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.Maintains valid WV racing license, Food Handlers permit and TIPS certificationsYou are required to follow PPE and safety guidance designed to safeguard you, your fellow team members, and guests.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
