At Hollywood Casino Charles Town, we think you''ll enjoy an exciting industry, fast paced days and nights, diverse, enthusiastic co-workers, unlimited growth and support from one of the leaders in the industry.An individual could be successful if they possess the following.$1,500 sign-on bonus (Internal applications not eligible)Pay: Starting from $8.75/hr plus tipsAdhere to HCCTR as well as all Food and Beverage PoliciesGreets guests with a warm, friendly smile and greeting.Must deliver ACES Guest Service to every guest during all interactionsEnthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and Company standards and mitted to consistently delivering the highest quality of food & service to local and international guests in order to ensure repeat visits.Demonstrate and exhibit characteristics and behavior in accordance with Property and Departmental Service Guarantees, and Property Core Values.Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy. Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.Wipes tabletops and chairs in accordance to departmental Health Standards.Sets tables with silverware and glassware.Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.Assist server with guests dining pletes work assignments for opening and closing plete any task assigned by dining room manager, chef, or supervisor.Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.Maintains valid WV racing license, Food Handlers permit and TIPS certificationsYou are required to follow PPE and safety guidance designed to safeguard you, your fellow team members, and guests.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to print and speak simple sentences, and read a guest check.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10''s and 100''s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust qualify for licensing with the West Virginia Racing Commission.Must be able to obtain proper Food Handler Certification.Must be TIPS and TOPS certified.PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
