Find your future with us.We are seeking a Facilities Engineering Manager (Level K) to join our Facilities and Asset Management Engineering and Technology organization. You will be located in Everett, Washington. You will lead a team of facilities plant engineers composed of architects, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, and technical designers in support of building and infrastructure maintenance activities, construction projects, asset condition assessments, and Long Range Business Planning development. This role will involve strategic collaboration with other facilities groups, Boeing Business Partners, and external suppliers, contractors, and vendors.Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing activities related to infrastructure planning, design, analysis, improvement of construction projects and maintenance operationsDevelops and completes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and employeesProvides guidance and approval of technical approaches, products and processesParticipates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliersLeads, develops and motivates employeesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
