Entry Level Assistant Manager

We provide innovative marketing campaigns for national brands in the Phoenix area. We are now accepting applications for an Assistant Manager Trainee to grow our business. This is an Entry Level position to start, with growth into management and will focus on customer acquisition and customer retention. The Assistant Manager Trainee will assist with organizing our sales team and reporting back to the Executive Account Manager. The Assistant Manager Trainee will receive hands-on training on all customer acquisition, sales and marketing techniques, brand management strategies, territory management, and compliance standards as well as coaching, mentoring, and career development.Assistant Manager Trainee Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of marketing strategies for each client with lead generation and promotionsFacilitate consumer to brand connections by interacting with consumers on-site to answer questions and explain client product/service featuresAssist in connecting customers as qualified leads to senior sales consultantsPerform customer follow ups and ensure consumer satisfactionAssist the manager with any day to day administrative support as requiredAssistant Manager Trainee Requirements:Ability to work cooperatively as part of a teract with customers to provide top notch service.Upbeat, energetic, positive personality!!!
