$1,000 SIGN ON BONUSWhat you''ll do as a Registered Nurse Team Lead at HealthNet:The Registered Nurse Team Lead position coordinates the nursing and interdisciplinary team for daily care assignments and operations of HealthNet''s Health Centers. This position exists to provide on-site management and clinical support to staff and to communicate policy and procedure changes.Conduct accurate clinical assessments.Provide on-site supervision of Nursing/PCA staff to facilitate operations for the assigned clinical site(s).Assist all units/staff with problem-solving to obtain necessary equipment, medications, and supplies on an as needed basis.Evaluate staffing plans for the assigned clinical site(s).Assist charge nurses with clinical assessments as needed.Evaluate/make decisions about staffing plans and municate and problem solve with the Manager or Clinical Services as needed.Apply a minimum of one health literacy method when communicating with patients/clients.When you''ll work as a Registered Nurse Team Lead at HealthNet:Full-TimePotential schedule includes Monday-Friday 8-5, with rotation of evening and Saturday shifts.Health centers are open until 8pm and closed on Sundays.Job responsibilities listed above is a summary and does not include other tasks requested by physician or Center Manager.Who is HealthNet?is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization of community-based health centers located in Indianapolis and Bloomington, IN Since 1968, HealthNet has improved the health status of the neighborhoods it serves by making quality health services accessible to everyone.
