This all starts with our greatest asset...our employees.What You Will Be Doing:As the CRS Assistant Store Manager you will be working side by side with the Store Manager for the daily store and service operations. The CRS Assistant Store Manager is responsible for providing a safe workplace and developing a "Safety First" culture as well as hiring, developing, and addressing employee issues. The CRS Assistant Store Manager must address employee and customer complaints in a timely manner, with the focus being to establish and maintain an efficient and pleasant work atmosphere and loyal customer following.Primary Responsibilities:Processing paperwork including rental agreement, quotes, work orders, and other service documentsAnswering incoming calls and negotiating with customersSet the pace and priorities for the Service Department and Truck Transportation based on customer needsInventory control (Rental Fleet, Parts, Merchandise)Additional Responsibilities:Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe mannerAssisting in any other branch function as needed and assigned by managementWho We Are Looking For:To be successful in this position you should have prior experience in the rental equipment industry. You will need to have a strong focus on safety, customer and employee satisfaction.
