This position has the potential to grow into a multi-site role and will require a local presence. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational and presentation skills that comfortable with growth, mature and reliable. Self-motivated, energetic, and creative with a high level of energy and passion for growth is critical to this role.How YOU will make an impact:Drive end to end recruitment of a diverse range of skills needed on our production floors across multiple locations by working with hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and priorities.Create and maintain relationships with community partners (Department of Unemployment, Veterans Administration, Skills for Rhode Island''s Future, and other outsourcing entities); Coordinate and attend recruitment events.Brainstorm new channels, platforms, and strategies for attracting candidates.Proactively identify and target passive candidates for open roles via job boards, social media, and networking events.Manage external staffing agency relationships ensuring temporary/contract worker engagement parameters (length of contract/position level/pay rates/etc.) are adhered to.Work closely with fellow talent acquisition team members and human resources partners to share best practices and assist with critical needs.Qualifications to be successful:Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field preferred.
