We enable our go-to-market teams to sell more effectively through training, coaching and tools to promote thoughtful, strategic selling throughout the sales cycle.We''re looking for a leader who can shape and revolutionize the way our people learn in today''s blended setting. You will oversee the learning strategy and execution for our commercial organization, which includes onboarding, training and ongoing learning initiatives to upskill our sales teams.You are passionate about sales, and can building impactful learning programs through empathy, curiosity and an experience-led mindset. You are a seasoned leader who is excited at the opportunity to develop and support an exceptional team.What this job involves You will...Lead and manage our global Commercial Learning team, who are focused on onboarding, training, curriculum design and facilitation. You will cultivate a culture of excellence on your team and help create a ''wow'' experience for our people.Be responsible for our onboarding journey, creating a truly pioneering experience for new hires through creative, engaging and effective learning. You will evaluate existing onboarding materials and lead improvement and re-design efforts to drive quantifiable impact on growth.Lead in planning, building, and executing the quarterly Sales Bootcamp program; working cross-functionally with leadership, hiring managers and other stakeholders to deliver an impactful event which inspires, improves engagement and motivates performance.Build strong relationships with our Commercial and Sales Leadership to ensure our learning strategy aligns with business needs and priorities. This includes identifying skill gaps and implementing repeatable programs to improve the overall sales competency of our field teams.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing to support new product training requirements by preparing and enabling the Commercial organization on messaging, positioning and sales approach.Be an experienced facilitator with the ability to run in-person and virtual training sessions as required.Become well versed in our company, products, customers and processes, so that you can effectively help others learn.Define, measure and track the impact and effectiveness of our learning programs to ensure it is driving desired business outcomes. Before you apply it''s also worth knowing what we''re looking for:Education and experience7+ years of relevant professional experience in sales, training, learning & development and/or sales enablement, ideally for a commercial audience.Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, time to ramp, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.Demonstrated people management, coaching and mentoring experience, ideally across regions and diverse cultures.Trained in sales methodology, with a deep understanding of solution selling principles preferred, especially within a technology organization.Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other similar technologies.About JLL Technologies (JLL/T) -JLL/T is a specialized group within JLL.
