POSITION SUMMARYJoin our dynamic HR Team to serve our awesome casino staff. You will play an essential role by overseeing and communicating various benefit plans, including life, disability, medical, vision and dental insurance, retirement savings, wellness, and discount programs. We are in the entertainment business and the fun begins with our department - we want you to be a part of that!SOME RESPONSIBILITIES:Administration for all casino benefits. Seeks out neighboring and local businesses to coordinate employee discounts or partnerships. Communicates effectively with team members about benefit plans and opportunities.Reconciles monthly team member census and invoicing. Be knowledgeable of all HR functions and able to assist HR team members with their duties.Be a positive influence on all team members and consistently provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.Expected to have a routine, 40 hour/week schedule but capable of adjusting days and times to effectively service all team members.Will complete an benefits calculation test if selected for an interview.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Degree in human resources or related field, professional certification (such CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.) is preferred. High school Diploma (or equivalent) required. Experience with health, life and AD&D, worker''s comp preferred.2 Year''s Benefits experience preferred.Demonstrated competencies with analytical skills, organization, and communication. Must have attention to detail and be able to work with numbers and census data.Familiarity with HR/Payroll and benefits software preferred.
