We are looking for someone who excels at deriving insights from data, and who can translate the more nuanced aspects of analytics to inform current marketing strategies and drive action.This is a full-time marketing position and offers opportunities for the right individual to enhance marketings impact on all integrated marketing efforts. This position will support the entire Americas Consulting Marketing team in developing data-driven solutions and maximizing the ROI for marketing tactics, vehicles, and channels. This individual will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as the development, assessment, and interpretation of information required for making critical decisions.The ideal candidate is a data junkie who loves measuring the performance of marketing to deliver revenue impact. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you ensure that business needs and goals are realized by building reports to track key metrics, empower stakeholders with analytics and investigate key performance indicators (KPIs). You improve outcomes by providing consultation on the interpretation of data to our Americas Consulting marketing team.You drive project success by collaborating with key stakeholders to translate reporting requirements and the development of custom reports. You perform deep-dive analyses to address key business issues and present findings to stakeholders. You improve key metrics and marketing KPI outcomes through proactive recommendations. You excel at guiding your projects as an individual contributor and collaborating across many teams.Key responsibilitiesAssist with developing, maintaining, and tracking performance reports that provide insights into campaign effectiveness, optimization, and business impactOwn performance analysis and reporting across all stages of the customer journey, including campaign performance, demand generation, content performance, customer retention, and customer engagement.Regularly measure campaign performance and communicate recommendations for improvement to marketing and creative stakeholders including optimization, segmentation, targeting, etc.Ensure successful user adoption by presenting data in a fashion that is easy to understand with the proper documentationDevelop user-friendly, self-service dashboards, reports and business insights in the appropriate visualization systemsEnsure data structure, integrity, and collection processes are aligned with reporting and business needs, including tracking and attribution of multi-touch user journeysSupport ad hoc reporting needs for key executives as well as goal setting and forecasting efforts for Americas Consulting marketing leadershipConsult and coordinate with all members of the marketing team to ensure adherence to and continuous improvement toward marketing performance measures and decision making rooted in maximizing return on investmentWhat We Look For8+ years of marketing analytics experience working for fast-paced companiesHands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or otherAnalytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work through ambiguous problems using structured and unstructured dataExcellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and able to prioritize and multitaskSolid understanding of marketing and sales concepts, terminology, and principlesExperience creating dashboards and working with data modelsData storytelling and communication skillsConsistent track record in using quantitative analysis to drive marketing decisionsTranslate discrete data sets and patterns into meaningful, human insights that others can build onStrive for automation of data pulling and visualization by creating, adjusting, and maintaining live dashboardsExperience using tools for website analytics, social listening, SEO & keyword research, competitor monitoring and content / digital trendsDesign data approaches in compliance with all data regulations (local and international)What we offerWe offer a competitive compensation package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
