Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at .In this role, you will:Drive Sales Reporting and Analytics including but not limited to coverage, pipeline, forecasting, conversion, win/loss, opportunity analysis, performance monitoring reporting, management reporting, sales rep productivity analysis among othersPartner with sales leaders, sales managers and sales relationship managers to deliver data-driven solutions and insights, including customer prospecting, lead generation, cross selling, share-gain analytics, ad-hoc analysis, defining key measurable process and metrics, leveraging both internal and external 3rd party dataProvide robust analytics and insights by using mathematical, statistical, and computational toolsAdvise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needsLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activitiesDesign and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterpriseProvide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterpriseEngage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership teamRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:5+ years of Commercial Banking experience, preferably in Customer/Sales/Marketing Analytics7+ years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query toolsExperience in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.Excellent visualization skills and advance knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to discuss and understand business needs/wants with non-technical peopleExtensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysisStrong analytical skills with high attentional to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to develop and integrate data driven and analytical decision making for product and service operational activitiesKnowledge and understanding of database management, reporting, and analysis functionsStrong collaboration and partnering skillsAbility to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communicationsPosting Locations:5000 Riverside Dr, Irving, TX301 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC600 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN2700 S Price Rd, Chandler, AZ4101 Wiseman Blvd, San Antonio, TX333 Market St, San Francisco, CAPreferred locations listed above.
