POSITION SUMMARY:The Project Management Office Analyst performs a support role to the different functions under the IT Project Management Office (PMO) which include: Project Portfolio Management, Project Management, IT Financial control and IT Vendor and Asset Management. Specific assignments in one or more of those areas will vary based on priorities as defined by the PMO team. The PMO Analyst reports into the Senior Director PMO and is based out of our Fort Mill, South Carolina headquarter office under a hybrid office/work from home model.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Portfolio Management:Collaborate with the Project Portfolio Manager in the preparation of formal Project Portfolio reviews with the IT Leadership team and associated follow upsAdministration and support of Project Management toolsProject Management:Provide project office and/or project coordination assistance to Project Managers: Risks/Issues/Action Items ManagementProject Schedule managementResource ManagementCoordination of meeting logistics and associated materialOther project coordination activitiesVendor management / IT Asset management:Assist Vendor and Asset management team in the day to day activities around Vendor Management and Asset Management processes including:Vendor risks/issues follow upCoordination of vendor related meetings/eventsContract renewal coordinationFormalization of processes around Vendor and Asset ManagementIT Financial Control:Assist the IT PMO Sr Director in the yearly IT budget preparation activities and on the ongoing monitoring of spendPreparation of forecast reports (OpEx and CapEx)REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor''s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or another related disciplineMinor and/or course work in Project Management or equivalent work experienceStrong interest in project management, information technology, vendor management and finance and business control.Professional experience in relevant areas is a plus but this position is also suitable for recent school graduates with an excellent academic recordADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Formal training in Project Management and related certifications are a plusVery good organizational and time management skillsVery good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environment - Should be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlinesCollaborative team player - Should be able to establish solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersNever stop learning attitudeExperience interacting in multicultural and diverse environments.Speaking multiple languages is a plusREPORTING LINESenior Director IT PMODIRECT REPORTSNoAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status.As an equal employment opportunity employer, Diversey provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to be considered for any position to be filled unless the accommodation would pose an undue hardship.
