This full-time or part-time RN position is a weekend position providing visits/admissions from 8am-8pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are open to schedules and are open to every weekend or every other weekend schedule. Tell us your schedule and we will see if we can make it work. The RN - Registered Visit Nurse (hospice) position is a nurse who administers skilled nursing care to clients requiring professional nursing services in their homes and teaches/supervises the family and other members of the nursing team. These services are performed in accordance with the physicians orders and under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager and the Case Manager.
