We value our employees and invest in their success.We offer:Potential income up to $75K!Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 daysShort- and Long-Term Disability after 60 daysPTOCompany-provided training and education.A friendly, professional work environmentOpportunities for career advancementResponsibilities - Service Advisor:Schedule appointments with customersMeet and greet customersWork with customer and technician to identify required maintenance using service history dataAdvise customers on necessary/suggested services, notify customers of any current special promotions and upsell additional servicesCompute the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore the vehicle to the condition specified by the customerEstimate the cost of mechanical, electric, or other repairsEnter itemized estimate on service order and explain estimate to the customer to gain their understanding of all services providedDetermine progress of repair/service orders and inform customers accordinglyEnsure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been carried out appropriately and on scheduleReview results of customer satisfaction surveys with the service managerEstablish positive relationships with customersQualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:Must have experience with demonstrated success as an Auto Service Advisor/Writer and have a pattern of ''sticking around''.Must be adept at working a plan for success and understand the processes necessary to achieve their objectives.High school diploma or equivalentValid in-state driver''s licenseProfessional personal appearanceAll applicants must be authorized to work in the USAPlease upload your resume and complete the online assessmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
