You will work as a strategic partner to the Online GTM and Engineering Organization and will work with the Product Engineering, Product Management, and Data teams.If you are excited about the potential of leading our continued evolution into an agile, nimble, customer-obsessed organization where cross-functional collaboration and strategic partnership is your passion, then this role is for you!About the RolePartner with important executives within the company on strategy, business roadmaps and initiatives to drive and support business and financial objectives for the Online team. Collaborate with partners in Online, Engineering, Product, CIO and Finance teams to execute initiatives aligned with growth, churn, retention, payments and global expansion.Create a vision and strategy for the Online architecture team with strong emphasis on target state architecture, repeatable and scalable designs and solutions that are future proof. Drive design of projects and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure high caliber execution.Provide architecture leadership for high-impact initiatives leading systems architecture, high level design, development testing and deployment with global teams in a mostly virtual model leveraging onsite and offshore resources. Ensure information and automation services are delivered with highest security and compliance standards.Develop leaders across the team through coaching with a focus on technical and non-technical professional development. Mentor and develop a high performing team by setting regular goals and objectives and measuring performance against goals.About YouEngineering / CS / MIS Degree (Bachelor''s ; graduate degree a plus) and 16+ years of relevant industry experience.12+ years of SaaS business applications and architecture and integration experience including robust hands-on technical experience with a general business and knowledge of eCommerce and Online processesExperience in eCommerce, Billing, Payments, Subscriptions, Invoicing systems and other enterprise systems like CRM, ERP and Middleware softwareAbility to formulate and express abstract technology/ process concepts in a compelling value added proposition to support/advance business valueProven experience in driving legacy monolithic modernization to modern distributed architecture in a fast paced environment to achieve economies of scaleLeadership experience in nurturing and molding the mindset of architects and technology leaders to infuse distributed architecture and design application during implementationsHighly positive and collaborative individual who excels at developing working relationships, building consensus, and fostering trust and collaboration at all levelsEntrepreneurial mindset and results-driven. Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.Demonstrates integrity, good judgment, and ability to act as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders in an organization.
