Your skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other areas will help your property team better prepare vacant units for occupancy, making more units available faster to those eligible for housing in your community. You''ll demonstrate pride in your building by completing service requests in a timely manner, interacting with residents, and keeping your property''s systems in good working order. In this role, you''ll have plenty of growth opportunities in partnership with your supervisor - to learn additional maintenance skills, leadership skills, or business skills to help advance your career.Join us as a Maintenance Technician, and see what''s possible at RMC.Perform property maintenance and facilities work.Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time spect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
