Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA''s Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA''s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The Optical Metrology Division products are used for optical overlay metrology. The portfolio of products includes unique solution packages which are based on hardware and software systems to enhance yield and effectiveness. As a world leader in its field of expertise, the division''s products are the most advanced in performance (measurement accuracy of nanometers and below), reliability, ease of use and compatibility with other KLA''s products. KLA Israel is located in the Migdal Haemek Industrial Park.PLC Program Management:Provides program management and leadership for multi-functional product development teams. Responsible for the successful development and product release of assigned products, including customer requirements, requirements analysis, developing product specifications, design validations, supplier selection and management, product development, manufacturing and service. PLC program managers develop a complete Plan of Record and lead the team to execute to the plan, responsible for meeting the product release dates, product performance, cost, quality, and manufacturing cycle time goals. Must be able to interface effectively with all functional engineering managers, program managers, marketing, applications, manufacturing, field service and customers. Able to lead and manage globally distributed multifunctional teams with accountability to divisional management for program success. Track and regularly report on program-level milestonesTrack and regularly report on program deliverables for PLC phase exit checkpointTrack and forecast development spending for internal and external teamsHold regular meetings between various functional groups to ensure interdependencies are well understood and documentedSupport roadmap development by clearly documenting upcoming requirement changes and resources requiredIdentify opportunities to increase organizational effectivenessManaging project team''s deliverables and collaborations with other organizationsDeveloping evaluation method and metrics to assess projects risks and areas for improvementDevelop strong product knowledgeBS degree and 6 years of work experience or MS degree and 4 years of work experience in Engineering or a technical field3+ years of industry project management experienceExperienced with MS Project or other Project Management s/wIdeally previous semiconductor equipment experienceMinimum QualificationsBSME, BSEE, or equivalent5+ years in Project or program managementCOVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required where permitted by law.
