A successful product delivery at KLA comprises of a very thorough plan and execution covering shipment, installation, qualification, and acceptance of our products by customers. This program is focused on driving superior customer experience through thorough planning, detailed execution, and robust quality improvement processes.The Ship to Warranty Start Program Manager job is high profile and exciting opportunity for an adventurous soul! We strive to be a highly valued, trusted partner with our customers through continuous improvement! Manage the delivery process of KLA''s worldwide fleet to our customer locations from pre-shipment to warranty start.Owns and drives the Ship to Warranty Start strategic program.Drives program success by ensuring quality of plan creation and execution - cycle time, tool qualification specifications and continuous improvement from issues and learning.Coordinates with Division Marketing team and Field Accountant teams on planning to ensure customer requirements are met.Monitoring and oversight of our tool delivery process for our worldwide fleet.Enables our service and applications teams to drive toward efficient on-time production ready and warranty starts.Drives continuous improvement in the quality of our processes and systems.
