Warehouse Associate

Garden Spot Foods is searching for a Warehouse Associate to join our New Holland, PA team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling route replenishment and receiving put-away. This individual will also be a resource to the Warehouse Supervisor for processing of customer orders being delivered by our drivers, assisting in the Production and Fulfillment areas of the operation. The incumbent is expected to work scheduled hours and help establish a team atmosphere, ensuring replenishment and orders are completed daily. The starting wage is $15-$16 per hour depending upon experience.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that enhances relationships with customers, co-workers, and managers.Behave in a manner that is consistent with our goal to maintain a safe environment and conditions.Demonstrate and support Garden Spot Foods''s vision, goals, and strategies.Maintain a clean work area.Ensure replenishment is completed accurately with all changes clearly identified and forwarded to warehouse plete all receiving put-aways and ensure paperwork accurately identifies correct company and bin locations.Accurately pull and stage product to complete daily route processing as needed.Accurately stage and identify pallets for truck delivery.Assist with UPS and LTL order processing. Orders must be accurately pulled and packed to assure product integrity based on transit times.Assist with replenishment in Fulfillment Area.Other duties may be assigned as business needs requireQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
