Our products are made around the globe"”not so we can produce cheaper elsewhere, but to effectively serve and produce right in the markets where we operate.We are currently hiring a Quality Coordinator who will be responsible for Daily/Monthly internal auditing, external auditing follow-up, documentation control, verification and validation of procedures, work instructions, and standard work, product testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution, raw materials, customer complaints, non-conforming material (QC hold), product trials, and QC data collection and analysis.Key Duties and Responsibilities Adheres to company safety policies and good housekeeping practices Internal auditing and follow-up including documents and Quality records Follow up activities related to third party audits Product Safety Team member Assist with the implementation of Documentation Control as needed Conducts Quality training on shifts Ability to read, understand and train specs, SOC''s and standard work instructions Perform product testing relating to product trials or process/product improvement Collect, organize and present testing information so it is orderly and may be analyzed Assist Machine Techs with product testing and problem troubleshooting Analyze customer returns for root cause and assist with corrective action. Lead problem solving teams Investigate customer complaints Maintain complaint data collection Responsible for Scholle IPN customer complaint system including credits and reports Ability to work in customer corrective action systems Quality representative in hold area. Investigate problems, test product, help determine material disposition Support the manufacturing department''s quality control procedures and testing Perform some administrative duties as needed Collect routine samples for bio-burden testing Random/scheduled audits of incoming material and finished product Review testing procedures and develop new testing procedures Work independently to complete projects and or testing in a timely manner Train new employees on quality testing procedures and defect analysis Communication with suppliers and customers on quality related issues Possible travel to customers for leaker resolution Responsibility to report food/product safety problems or risks to a Supervisor or Manager immediately or take action if possible Overtime may be required as needed Ability to support production 24/7 Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D required. Associate''s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector preferred. Future training and/or education may be necessary to further job skills Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral Attention to detail Ability to deal with problem-solving Basic computer skills PI188071536
