We are committed to fostering a customer focused culture by creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment that is rooted in supporting its employees and our corporate social responsibilities.What We NeedKymeta is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager responsible for delivering successful customer, partner, and corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns. The role requires creation of channel marketing strategies that include integration of social media, content development, and marketing automation best practices to drive measurable pipeline results. All programs will be focused on driving awareness, brand preference, and thought leadership in support of the company''s business and pipeline development efforts with the company''s partner ecosystem. The Channel Marketing Manager works in conjunction with the marketing team, product management and sales to meet key company and partner goals. Initiating collaboration across multiple company functions and partner organizations on a global level to drive key initiatives into critical industry target markets is also central to the role. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreation of project charters for channel marketing initiatives, including timelines, venues, vendors, resources, and budgetsSupport partner marketing efforts across the Kymeta partner ecosystemImplement programs and promote success to and with partner organizationsProactive evangelization of the Kymeta brand and ensure adherence to brand standardsUtilize Pardot automation platform to develop and manage campaign promotion, management, campaign integration, and follow upEnsure capture, segmentation, nurturing, and qualification of leadsWork in collaboration with business unit leads to support sales plans and pipeline development through marketing initiativesProvide monthly and quarterly KPI and metrics reportingEnsure content, website, and social media calendars are aligned to support successManage and track review cycles to make sure IP and Technical Communications reviews are completedDevelop messaging platforms and FAQs and run pre-campaign/event meetings with teams to ensure consistent messaging and clarity on goalsEvaluate program demographics, prices, channels, and marketing outlets to develop marketing, and business development strategies for existing and future products or servicesDevelop strong relationships within Kymeta and ensure effective use of marketing programs and initiativesExhibit a dedication to customer service when working with internal and external customers and partnersSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years'' experience in marketingProven experience and performance against success metrics across a broad range of marketing programsExcellent organizational skills in support of campaign, event, and social media coordinationPrevious use and strong knowledge of marketing automation to drive, track, and report marketing resultsExperience in channel and partner marketing rolesTime management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to complete marketing campaigns and events planning in a timely, precise mannerExcellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow through with tasks/projects/troubleshooting with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessity Proven ability to meet multiple overlapping deadlinesDigital and social marketing experienceProven good judgement and efficient management of approval processesExperience in tracking and reporting event campaign resultsProficient use of all Microsoft Office applicationsSocial media outlet and management familiarityExperience with Pardot marketing automation platform or similar marketing automation platformEDUCATION Bachelor''s degree in related fieldKymeta is an equal opportunity employer.
