The Production Team Member performs a variety of duties involved in the processing, mixing, and bagging of feed, materials handling, inventory, cleaning, and maintenance of facilities. Some heavy lifting (50 pound bags and pails) is necessary. This position offers 4 10''s Monday - Thursday, on the job training, advancement opportunities, and an employee discount!Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesRead production PlanSet scale weightFeed bags through sewing machine or heat sealer Stack full bags on a pallet or in a box (5 - 50 pounds)Move completed pallets with electric pallet jack / forkliftShrink wrap pallets (using machine and manual at times)Help customers in a prompt, efficient, and courteous mannerResponsible for maintenance and housekeeping of feed millAssist in mixing/blending feedBe able to communicate in a professional manner to the customers, employees, and managerRegular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
