To learn more, visit .Job DescriptionThe role will be part of the expansion of our Global Partner Management Team who is responsible for maximising revenues for our OPENGAMING partner studios across our network.This role provides a fantastic entry into the team and is responsible for maximising marketing and sales distribution of our OPENGAMING Partner studios in your assigned region. Reporting to the Senior Partnership Director, you will play a key role in showcasing our partner proposition and portfolio both internally and externally. You will develop, present and drive the sales of our partner products across the commercial teams which will also provide opportunity to work across a variety of teams including Operations, Product, and Marketing. Driving, presenting and developing sales initiatives to showcase products and increase sales uptake is at the core of the role. You will be the key person in managing all sales and marketing material for our partner network in your assigned region. We look to ensure that every decision made across the business is fact based and a big element of the role will be to own, maintain and develop regular data and performance reports to ensure the teams are fully equipped to maximise the best content in all markets. A proactive approach in developing a broad knowledge of the range of partners and products we have available is essential as you will become the go to person for partner selection and sales focus for your assigned region to ensure our commercial and sales teams are focused and prepared when selling the latest and greatest we have to offer from our partners.The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for product combined with strong data and insights reporting skills. The final interview process will involve a presentation allowing you to showcase your capabilities. You will be an engaging presenter, data driven, commercially minded person who knows how to build trust and results working with sales and commercial teams. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves, with lots of personality and know how to showcase the USP of a product to drive results within a high-performing team, we would like to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:• Develop, maintain and drive a full sales and marketing plan for your assigned region• Identify and develop sales opportunities based on the best ROI or strategic value for the partner business• Understand the needs of key customers/partners in each region and• Be truly focused on the Value proposition and how we best position that for our customers.• Be ultra aligned with the Commercial team - managers and directors to give them whatever support is needed to sell in the value proposition. Ensure that the commercial teams have all sales and marketing material they need to showcase and sell our partner products.• Target and KPI driven.• Regular Presentation of studios - Sales, Roadshows and Demo sessions - work to do joint sessions with key partners as needed with support from partner management team.• Lead on customer and market feedback for new partners.• Work closely with the Partner Managers to leverage their partner knowledge and ensure we drive the right insights to maximise partner penetration• Create an environment where key stakeholders come to you as the expert in what works for them. • Be a key stakeholder in customer meetings and QBR to drive partner revenues and uptake• Provide regional partner insights and marketing material - what have we got and where does it work best.• Report on partner uptake in region and key initiativesQualificationsRole Requirements• A passion for online gaming• Experience in similar pre-sales and marketing role in the gaming industry or similar technology based high growth industries, is highly advantageous• A infectious personality that can captivate an audience and excite them about new products• Excellent communication and relationship building skills• Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders in a global organisation• Strong presentation skills• Advance powerpoint skills and experience in building and designing high impact presentations• Attention to detail and highly organised• Experience working with sales and commercial teams to drive results and targets• Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages including Swedish, Spanish, Italian and Danish would be advantageous but not mandatory)Additional InformationAdditional InformationWhat can Light and Wonder give you Competitive benefits, an open and supportive environment as well as a modern and exciting workplace The opportunity to interact with global teams, and where appropriate switch teams and projects as you and our business continue to develop and grow Tangible and genuine career development - at Light and Wonder, where you can take your career where you want it to go!
