Who We Are The Business Relationship Management (BRM) team is a dedicated specialty group who partner with Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI), and Line of Business (LoB) application engineering and production management teams to deliver the technology that the business needs and to drive simplicity as well as stability. Our vision is to be the connected fabric between GTI product and service owners and our LoB consumers to create efficiency / drive frictionless experience, solve common problems, identify improvement opportunities, and align priorities. Who we need... A dynamic candidate with a strong technical background and experience in environment stability with a goal of ensuring stable and resilient operating environments in line with GTI''s infrastructure strategy. They should also have experience in managing complex technical programs/initiatives across the infrastructure stack. What we are seeking from our candidate... Reviewing architectural design, recovery time objective, and failover of key Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) applications - specific to the Markets business Understanding business flows and application dependency on key infrastructure components Interfacing with CIB Markets application teams (production management, application engineering, architecture) and GTI teams (resolvers and product engineers) to drive continuous improvements Initiating and delivering on key programs Identifying and helping bridge process gaps Helping plan key critical change events Helping to drive GTI strategic initiatives across LoBs Driving root cause events to improve stability and security Handling technical escalations across multiple GTI product lines Providing updates to senior management team on critical events Useful experience for your success... 12+ years of experience in technology operations or engineering, and technical program management Strong understanding of Cloud infrastructure and key network technologies like firewall, network routers, and switches Experience in OS, database, middleware/messaging, and storage technologies Understanding of configuration and vulnerability management Experience in automation technologies and collaboration tools Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and influencing skills JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world''s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
