Together with our extended Salesforce teams, we build and launch integrated marketing strategies that deliver digital experiences to our Trailblazers across their entire this role as a Sr. Analyst, you will work with functions like Product Marketing, Partner Success, Product, Data Intelligence, SEO, Sales Strategy, and Campaigns to help define and execute our digital performance marketing strategy, expand our SEO footprint, build a stronger data culture to empower teams, and build scalable and repeatable operational processes.Some of the things youll be doing includePartner with extended Salesforce teams to develop digital performance marketing strategies that impact marketplace awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.Surface strategic marketing opportunities or refinements through ongoing performance analyses (e.g. funnel optimization, campaign effectiveness, audience performance, content performance, etc.), dashboarding, and monitoring business trends.Develop and execute a learning agenda focused on optimizing performance across each lifecycle stage.Act as the SEO subject matter expert to plan, execute, and measure strategies to grow page 1 rankings across AppExchanges portfolio of digital content.Implement and manage digital audience integrations that are used for paid media campaigns (Marketing Cloud, RollWorks, Bombora, LiveRamp, etc.).Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor digital marketings impact across AppExchanges main KPIs.Assist with OKR creation and measurement to drive alignment across multiple marketing functions.Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to identify process improvements, build solutions, and drive operational efficiencies.Manage budget operations (purchase request creation, change orders, and spend reconciliation).Who you are ...5 - 7 years experience with building & managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects throughout the customer lifecycle.5 - 7 years experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategy and prioritization.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell influential stories with data.Strong hands-on knowledge of web analytics and SEO tools, including BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.2+ years experience performing keyword research, finding content opportunities, and partnering with the content team to create content optimized for organic search and specific target audiences.Familiarity with paid media channels including SEM, paid social, display, and content syndication.Experience with Data Management Platforms, including experience building and maintaining audience segments in a DMP interface.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Datorama, and Data StudioExperience with A/B & multivariate testing tools such as Google Optimize.An unwavering curiosity for performance marketing and the willingness to keep learning and tackle new ideas.LI-KK1For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $83,200.
