Home Care By Callos is looking for Full-Time Float Caregivers. We provide Home Care Services for Trumbull and Mahoning counties and are dedicated to serving our community. This position is for someone who is looking for a rewarding career that will have an impact in someone''s life. This is an On-Call position and schedules are given out monthly so will know ahead of time when you will be off. Helps the patient to maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environmentPlans and prepares nutritious meals, markets when instructed to do so by staff nurse/ clinical directorAssists any therapy personnel as neededEncourages the patient to become as independent as possible according to the nursing care planAttempts to promote the patient''s mental alertness through involvement in activities of interestGives simple emotional and psychological support to the patient and other members of the house and establishes a relationship with the patient and family which transmits trust and confidentialityReports any change in patient''s mental or physical condition or in the home situation to the staff nurse/ clinical directorPreforms routine housekeeping to provide a safe and comfortable living environmentPrepares visit reports promptly and accurately Qualifications: 1 year of RN supervised experience orA current equivalent certificate (CNA, STNA, etc.)Physical ability to perform all home care tasksAbility to communicate clearly to both the patient and staff Come join our rapidly growing team with years of experience providing care to all our neighboring counties.
