Syntelligent has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Mid-level Collection Requirements Manager (Multi-INT) with an active TS/SCI and current CI Poly to support fully funded work in Washington D.C. Essential Job Functions: * Responsible for the collection requirement management in a multi-INT environment in accordance with the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) cycle which supports analytical information needs. * This will include researching, validating, and submitting multi-INT collection requirements, as well as the creation of collection strategies and monitoring the production satisfaction of all Multi-INT requirements as needed by the supported command or agency. * Responsible for collaborating with the DoD, Central Intelligence Agency, and other Multi-INT organizations on the collection and the exploitation and production of DIA collection requirements and supporting reports and products. * Implement the current methodology to provide comprehensive Multi-INT collection support. * Maintain expertise in the applications, methods, products, and tasking flow of all intelligence disciplines. Education and Experience: * Bachelor''s or Master''s degree with 5+ years of U.S. Intelligence Community, or Specialized training * Possess experience which has led to knowledge of two or more of the following disciplines : SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and OSINT. (SIGINT and HUMINT Highly Preferred) * Experience in the national or theater level collection requirements management process. * Experience writing and editing clear, concise collection requirements. * Prior Multi-INT Collection Requirements Management experience. Required Skills: * Be proficient and knowledgeable on the various intelligence assets at the national and theater level. * Possess strong communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating multi-INT collection strategies. * Shall be proficient in several of the following systems/applications: * Multi-INT * Record Message Traffic (RMT) * Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE) * National Production Workshop (NPW) * Analyst Notebook * Palantir * Intelink * Community On-Line Intelligence System for and Managers (COLISEUM) * Microsoft Office Suite * National Exploitation System (NES) * FalconView * Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) * Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC) * Google Earth * Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) * Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) * *SIGINT (Highly Preferred) * National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP) * NSA Pulse * GEOINT * GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) * WFT Fishtools * Battlespace Visualization Initiative (BVI) * Net-centric GEOINT Discovery Services (NGDS) * GEOINT Enterprise TPED Services (GETS) * MASINT * National MASINT Requirements System (NMRS) * *HUMINT (Highly Preferred) * HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR) * Multi-domain Administrative Graphical Interface for Cross Domain Intelligence Release (MAGIC) * OSINT * Open-Source Collection Acquisition Requirement - Management System (OSCAR-MS) * ISR Management * Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization, and Management (PRISM) * Should have attended one or more of the following courses/trainings: * Intelligence Collection Managers Course (ICMC) * Intelligence Collections Course (ICC) * Naval Collection Managers Course (NCMC) * Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations Course (IROC) * Overhead Collection Management Center (OCMC) Boot Camp * USCENTCOM Collection Managers Course * MASINT Collection Managers Course * HUMINT & CI Collection Requirements Management * OSCAR-MS Collection Requirement Writing Course Security Requirements: * Active TS/SCI with a current CI Poly (or the ability to obtain one prior to start). Other Requirements: * Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire ( dodcertpmo.defense.gov/IFPC/ ). Online applications, please. The likely salary range for this position is $87,500 - $92,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
