Customer Service Representative

Please note that this is a 1 year contract position. We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal customers. This role is intended to be a hybrid role between demo coordinator (coordinating requests via the computer with external partner with logistics and other technical experts) and material this job you will work to support customers based in the United States while working with an internal team spread across the globe. This is a complex job that requires excellent communication and organization skills. Your primary responsibility will be managing demonstration inventory, but you will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle of these inventories. A clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company provide a framework for you to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs.This role will also work closely with our service depot partners to move equipment from the receiving area to service, kitting the units for service, and moving them back down to the shipping area. Must be comfortable moving equipment up to 40lbs, boxing, etc. such as:Receiving, unpacking, storing, and distributing parts or instruments while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to all financial compliance requirementsAssembling and staging accessory part kits to be made available for demonstrationCoordinating and ordering replenishment quantities of parts to facilitate the demonstrationPerform inventory countsMay require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Typically minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level.Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.Applicants must provide their phone number.
