Our Telehealth RNs coordinate the program to insure optimal utilization of the technology to enhance patient care and clinical excellence. Adheres to Catholic Home Care department policies and procedures as well as The Joinb Commission and Department of Health regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence at all times. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Experience/skills: Strong clinical skills and 2-3 years recent hospital/home care experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer Skills Acute care telemetry or triage experience is preferred Licensure: Licensed and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse inNew YorkState.
