Job DetailsLevelExperiencedPosition TypeFull TimeEducation Level4 Year DegreeJob CategorySalesOBJECTIVE:As Key Account Manager your role will be to serve a select group of customers, acting as the primary MFA contact. You will focus on developing the customer relationship and helping the customer grow their business while providing an excellent customer experience. You will also be expected to develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support MFA products and services, but also leads to improving the current offerings. Sales & Service, Customer Intimacy and Business Development will all be key areas in which you work to implement and promote the companys sales goals. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop an intimate understanding of the customer''s business and develop strategies of partnering with customers to help grow their business.Engage and maintain relationships with MFA team members that allow for the delivery of value added service in order to postilion MFA as the customer''s desired retailer.Develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support MFA products and services, but lead to improving our current offerings.Follow company sales strategy and executionWork with locations to ensure successful and timely delivery of products/ service to customers according to their specifications.Generate sales for the company according to specified targets.Listen to customers to gain an understanding of their needsIdentify key influencers and decision-makers within the customer relationship and develop a plan of action to deepen the relationship with those people.Utilize sales technology effectively to track progress, update sales goals and track results.Assist in developing company''s marketing strategy and also ensure its execution.Manage complaints and conflicts with customers effectively.Work with fellow employees in the region to meet customer needs and expectations and provide excellent customer service.Demonstrate good relationship building skillsResponsible for contributing as a strong team member and working to grow sales within assigned area.Forecast key account metrics.OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT YOU:Are able to work full time hoursAre available to work overtime (including weekends as needed)Live in, or within commuting distance of the assigned territoryAre willing to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%)You are right for this role if you:Have experience working in agriculture and enjoy being a key player in the industryHave a desire to succeed in your career and the ability to represent the companys cultureAbility to uphold the companys mission, vision and valuesHave good time management skillsHave effective oral and written communication skillsHave excellent interpersonal and sales skillsHave exceptional organizational skillsHave strong sales skills and a proven record of sales successCan demonstrate timely and accurate decision making skillsCan demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, assertiveness, and are results-orientedCan demonstrate independence and work with minimal supervisionCan demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office ProductsCan demonstrate teamwork and the ability to work with various departmentsCan demonstrate leadership and the ability to resolve conflictHIGHLY QUALIFIED CANIDATES WILL BRING:A degree in agriculture or 2 years of equivalent Sales experienceA Class E License (or willingness to obtain)WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR COMPANY?
