Overview LMI is currently seeking a Technology Transfer Program Analyst to provide technical , analytical, financial, administrative, and specialized support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E) ) /Office of the Chief Technology Officer for Science and Technology (DCTO(S&T) ) in Washington, DC. Daily operations will include providing support to develop, manage, implement, report, sustain, evaluate, and analyze DoD Technology Transfer (T2), Technology Transition (TT), and Public Private Partnership (P3) activities to ensure that the Department''s collective effort anticipates and responds to DoD needs for technology programs and partnerships in the near, mid, and long term . Responsibilities * Gather data and provide administrative support of all T2/TT/P3 activities from development, coordination , analysis, and sustainment * Develop T2/TT/P3 programmatic and technical materials including program overviews, briefs, data calls, reports, position papers, metrics, and plans of action and milestones * Collect data and consolidate reports from multiple sources to assist with developing responses, reports, or reviews pertaining to T2/TT/P3 annual and periodic data calls * Support T2/TT/P3 recognition activities and funding opportunities * Support T2/TT/P3 tool and processes for management of T2/TT/P3 related activities * Conduct periodic technical trends analysis, literature research, or other methods to assess current trends in local, regional, and national T2/TT/P 3 effectiveness * Assess existing policies, statutes, DoD Instructions, strategic guidance , and other directions pertaining to T2/TT/P3 development initiatives * Maintain a repository of data and reports * Support development of white papers, reports , and articles on T2/TT/P3 processes, program funding, and innovative projects and programs * Support tracking of applicable legislation and policy for T2/TT/P3 program * Support development, coordination, sustainment , and updating of the DoD T2/TT/P3 strategic plans, implementation plans, evaluation plans, related policies, and DoD Instructions * Support strategic communications to internal and external stakeholders * Conduct analysis, lessons learned, literature research , and collect information on effective methods to amplify awareness of the breadth of the DoD T2/TT/P3''s efforts * Organize, prepare, coordinate , and provide all T2/TT/P3 administrative support including working with within and outside DoD for T2/TT/P3 training activities and meetings * Coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings along with drafting agenda and meeting minutes * Support partnering with academia, industry, not-for-profit organizations, and other Federal agencies to leverage reach and maximize impact of T2/TT/P3 investments * Provide administrative support to the Laboratory Quality Enhancement Panel T2 subgroups * Occasional travel may be required Qualifications Required : * Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or related fields * Secret security clearance * 5 years of recent and relevant experience * Experience in supporting T2/TT/P3 programs or other S&T program management duties * Working knowledge of T2/TT/P3 policy, authorities, laws , and regulations * Strategic communications experience * Skills in preparing and writing reports from multiple sources * Excellent skills in oral and written communication * Excellent skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint * Excellent skills in detailed administrative projects that require follow-up and follow through while maintaining a strong commitment to scheduled deliverables
