What We Are Looking For: * The most knowledgeable (or someone willing to become the most knowledgeable) person on Navy ERP, Army GFEBS, or DSCA Oracle SCES functional expert performing financial execution functions including but not limited to Project/Budget structuresImpactful Work You''ll Do: * Provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial management support from implementation to case closure * Perform FMS budgeting, funding execution, document management, and financial analyses to provide efficient allocation and effective utilization of financial resources, making recommendations for improving operations and reporting * Provide functional expertise to accomplish a variety of financial management activities, analysis, special projects, and data calls using Management Information Systems for International Logistics (MISIL) and Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS) * Build solutions for case directions, financial status reports, and data analytics for Case Management Requirements Must Have: * Ability to represent and uphold our core values of integrity, client service, expertise, adaptability, communication, and teamwork * A passion for digging into data and solving problems * Oracle Federal Financials or SAP finance experience * DoD (Navy/AF/Army, DSCA) FMS Case execution and systems modernization experience using SFIS and DLMS standards * Navy ERP or Army GFEBS or DSCA Oracle FMS experience * FMS 8242 trust funds experience Nice to Have: * Experience with any DoD data analytics platform * Experience with DoD FMS accounting posting models
