WANTED: An experienced Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) to support the Joint Aviation Management Analysis, Application and Rehearsals Tool (JA-SMAART) Quick Reaction Test (QRT). The JA-SMAART QRT team will measure electromagnetic signatures of low level, joint tactical aircraft to produce a series of models that will be used to increase aviation combat survivability through a reduction in aircraft susceptibility in multi-domain operations. A week in the life of a JA-SMAART QRT ORSA: * Support the QRT team in test design, the establishment of measures of performance and evaluation, and subordinate test requirements to ensure proper and successful data collection and analysis. * Offer risk reduction strategies, and risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results. * Generate and execute a test plan to demonstrate JA-SMAART QRT Test Products. * Conduct report development, and coordinate project reviews with Service, interagency, and combatant command entities as necessary. Experience in Design of Experiments and data collection. * Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric statistics, data reduction, data decomposition, data analysis techniques, development of measures of performance and evaluation, confidence intervals, computer analysis tools, and survey test and evaluation methods. * TS security clearance with SCI eligibility. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Prior Joint Test and Evaluation experience (highly desired) * Graduate of the ORSA MAC course (highly desired) * An Operations Research/Mathematics/Statistical Analysis degree * Experience developing training or reference graphic products a plus * Adept knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products and other statistical tools; particularly Microsoft Excel.
