Solution ArchitectJob Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Solution Architect for a contract-to-hire position in Bayport, MN. Position Summary: We are looking for individuals to help us grow our Supply Chain IT Architecture team and are passionate in architecting our Manufacturing and Supply Chain technologies. The individual in this position serves as technical leader across a broad collection of application including ERP''s, MES, WMS, Product Configuration, Finance and other areas.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Analyze, define, and document requirements for implementation architect in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains Analyze, define and document ''order of magnitude solution estimates (budget and resources) for annual planning purposes Provides support in making recommendations for projects in the field of expertise to business unit / function leaders that advance the mission of the business unit / function Gather information about program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input/output requirements to design services to perform well Iogically and physically Interface with business community and provide ongoing architecture updates for active projects Consult with software vendors to prototype, refine, test and debug processes and services to meet needs Proactively assess new processes, technologies & platform management to meet escalating business demands and Industry 4.0 advancements Provides solution guidance and oversight to projects. Responsible to ensure methodology, best practices, and standards are followed Coach senior technical / process leaders in multiple process, application, data and technology areas. Serve as a mentor for potential future implementation architects.Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent extensive and related project experience; Masters degree is desirable Five to seven years of experience in IT or process development, with a minimum of two years in solution/service/process design In depth experience designing and implementing solutions / services / processesIf this job is a match for your background, we would be honored to receive your application!
