Member of the Systems engineering group supporting DoD and international customers by planning, implementing and testing systems for advanced radar and threat simulator pany Description: We specialize in the development of advanced radar systems and radar related products for the Department of Defense and other U.S. Government agencies. Our radar programs involve all phases of development from requirements generation through hardware and software design, fabrication, integration and test. Systems Engineer Responsibilities: Project requirements management; capture, tracing and testing of systems requirements.Capture and tracing of requirements from source documents and stakeholdersDiscovery and investigation of non-formal customer requirementsPlanning, organizing and conducting test events and the associated documentation, test plans, test procedures, test terface with customer to develop and coordinate test activities.Ability to analyze system level details and parameters in order to create derived requirements and to support verification of requirementsInterface with hardware and software engineering groups to facilitate integration and testing of complex systems.Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Systems Engineer Skills and Qualifications: Minimum QualificationsB.S Degree in Electrical Engineering or other technical degree10-20 years of related systems development experienceExperience with requirements creation, management and testing.Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance. Ability to travel to support site test related activities.
