ISOS Contractor personnel will be located at various CTP Field Offices. Must have a Top Secret (SCI Eligible) Security Clearance. Responsibilities: •Support effective execution of CTP operations as published in the NISPOM and designated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as the NAESOC''s Quality Management SOP •Assist ISRs, ISSPs and CISAs in executing functions that support National Industrial Security Program (NISP) oversight operations •Assist with identifying and, if necessary, developing appropriate ongoing risk mitigation strategies within the region and across regional boundaries as needed •Assist the NAESOC in assessing the effectiveness of security programs at cleared facilities, identify risk, and to continuously monitor cleared facilities for Facility Clearance changed conditions •Assist in the conduct of virtual engagements as needed within the CTP Field Offices •Perform facility baselining and monitoring actions as part of oversight operations at the Regions/Field Offices and NAESOC •Process change conditions and security violations in NISS, as a result of reported and unreported changes in cleared facilities •Provide Help Desk support including response to telephone, email and NISS Messenger queries •Collect data from specific DCSA, business and CI data systems to identify risk indicators that will prioritize Field Office and NAESOC oversight operations Experience: •Expertise in National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements •Knowledgeable of current and near-term DCSA data systems, specifically NISS, JPAS, and DISS •Advanced analytical skills to be able to apply data analysis, trend analysis and up to date problem solving techniques using data from various government, commercial and proprietary business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources •Must be proficient in Microsoft products to include Microsoft Word and Excel •Must be knowledgeable in task management, prioritization, and escalation/tiering activities
