Deployment Manager - MID Primary Location: Lackland AFB,San Antonio, TX Clearance: Active Top Secret Ability to work remotely: No Contract Status: Contingent Upon Award Job Summary Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Deployment Manager - MID, who will work directly with the Squadron, Group, Wing, Numbered Air Forces (NAF), and Major Command (MAJCOM) leadership daily to provide direct support to the operation, maintenance, and defense of Air Force, DODIN, and Combatant Command networks. Additionally, the working as a liaison to ensure interests are represented in all aspects of the orders development process. This effort is to provide professional services and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support. Cyber Support Services (CSS) is intended to support the development and deployment of cyberspace missions. As the result of this effort will enhance operational effectiveness. Specific Responsibilities * Provide subject matter expertise for current operations, readiness, plans, programming, manpower, resources, personnel, operations support, budget, training, and facilities as required. * Provide direct support to groups and units as required. * Provide program and project management support. * Work directly with current operations, readiness, plans, programming, manpower, resources, personnel, operations support, budget, training, and facilities as required. * Coordinate and provide support to Squadron Commanders and Group Leadership to contribute toward mission success. * Provides customer service for military and civilian personnel. * Participate in conferences, meetings, and symposiums as required. Qualifications * Bachelor''s Degree or related experience. * Subject Matter Expertise within DoD, Air Force, Cyberspace Defense. * Ten (10) or more years of cumulative experience in cybersecurity discipline to include: network operations, systems analysis, risk management, requirements analysis and reporting. Physical Requirements and Work Environment * Normal office environment * Ability to lift up-to 20 lbs. * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800 - 1600 HRS * Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand Travel * Travel may be required as part of mission requirements * Will provide support to meetings, forums, conferences, and site visits, CONUS or OCONUS Company Description Obsidian Solutions Group LLC (OSG) is a fast-growing professional services firm based in Fredericksburg, VA.
