We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as aProgram Manager located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Within the AFLCMC/HI Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate (BES), the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Initiative (MROi) is a DOTMLPF-P transformation and standardization of both the business processes and enabling materiel solution which provides Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) with an integrated capability for planning, scheduling and executing organic depot maintenance to support agile planning, optimized workload assignment, resource allocation and integrated quality. The MROi materiel solution is a web-enabled system operating wholly within the .mil network. It implements a configured Oracle enterprise Business Suite (eBS) Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software product with ''complex MRO'' being the core module for user interaction. This is supplemented with the integration of other necessary eBS suite modules plus Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions (RICE) objects which are deemed necessary to provide the required functionality. MROi implementation is divided into four software releases with capabilities to plan, schedule and execute organic depot maintenance processes within the commodities, electronics, missile and propulsion maintenance groups. MROi replaces dissimilar legacy systems and processes used across numerous geographic locations with a common enterprise business system that optimizes resource and workload assignments, facilitates what- if planning and frees-up logistics capacities aimed at improving capabilities availability to the warfighter. MROi operates within a Defense Information System Agency (DISA) hosted environment and interfaces with various legacy systems to support continuous operations within the depot maintenance environment. Essential Duties: * This position will require a self-starter capable of independently planning and working tasks/projects as assigned.* Individual must have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs.* Will support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems and the pursuit of alternative courses of action.* Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.) to include an audience of O-6/GS-15 personnel and above.* Be able to plan, research, analyze and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production and deployment of business systems and associated equipment; formulate plans and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule and performance objectives.* Be able to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.).* Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and IMP/IMS reviews.* Be able to support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.* Additional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications: * Advanced Degree (MA/MS) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or other relevant discipline and 12 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD, or* BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or other relevant discipline and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD, or,* 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoDPreferred Qualifications: * Program Management Institute (PMI) Certified Program Manager Professional (PMP) - Desired* Certified SCRUM Master -Desired* Other Agile Certifications - Desired* Knowledge and experience with the Agile Development Methodology - Desired* Extensive knowledge of DoD 5000.02 (5000.75 preferred)* Ability to comprehend complex Defense Business Systems, distill technical information into easy-to-understand language and create executive-level briefings for governance updates, status briefs, knowledge databases and processes* Ability to quickly acquire and apply knowledge of various program support systems and tools such as PMRT, ITIPS, SharePoint, ERMS, JIRA and Confluence* Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS and Azure) and DevSecOps. - Highly DesirableRequired Clearance:T1/NACI Travel:Less than 10% All USfalcon employees are required to show proof of vaccination status at time of hire to ensure compliance with EO14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (effective December 8, 2021).
