Tier 2 Support Analyst- Remote

NewGen is seeking a Tier 2 Production support analyst to provide and support any defects. Analyzing the defects, providing the fix, testing the fix, root cause analysis, and client communication for any defects raised in Production environment. DoD clearance preferred, must be Secret clearable.
