JOB SUMMARY The Business Analyst 4 collaborates with the implementation team and external clients to gather, analyze, and evaluate client date to ensure successful user experience. The Business Analyst 4 will also be responsible for processing existing client data feeds and resolve unforeseen issues. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:Collaborates with the implementation team and external clients to gather, analyze, and evaluate client data to ensure successful user experience.Process existing client data feeds and resolve unforeseen issuesPerforms ad-hoc tasks, research, and analysis under supervision or direction on defined problems or issuesContributes on external calls with existing clientsDocuments system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementationReport common patterns, questions, and other issues to management and recommend solutions for improvementQUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:Ability to manage multiple projects toward effective solutions and according to timelinesExcellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated use of interpersonal skills and influence to accomplish work without formal authority and to ensure optimal team performanceDetailed understanding and experience with process documentation and improvementStrong prioritization, multitasking, problem-solving and organizational skillsExperienced in Agile methods, processes, and toolsProven ability to be effective and adaptable in response to frequent change and ambiguityTalend Big Data Platform ETL experienceExperience with SQL, MySQL, Linux, Postman, etcExperience with EDI transactions including 270/271Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across a cross-functional team EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelors Degree or Higher or 1+ years of industry related experience JUDGEMENT AND DECISION MAKING: This position must work with new clients during implementation to gather the required data elements and analyze and load the data to ensure a successful implementation RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of professional experience in a technical and analytical role3-5+ years of medical data experienceExperience with SQL, MySQL, Linux, Postman, etcSQL development experienceTalend Big Data Platform ETL experienceExperience with EDI transactions including 270/271 WORKING CONDITIONS:100% Remote.
