Thecandidate will perform classifiedcybersecurity duties supporting multipleprograms and must have a working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Development and implementation of SystemSecurity Plans (SSP), Standard OperatingProcedures (SOP), information security policiesand required bodies of evidence, as necessary,to ensure compliance with RMF guidelines. • Acting as a liaison with government agencyrepresentatives, such as the DefenseCounterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA)Information System Security Professionals(ISSP), Advanced / Special Program SecurityControl Assessors (SCA), and other external /internal customers, including, but not limitedto, counterintelligence and InformationTechnology (IT) professionals. • Ensuring the development andimplementation of an effective informationsystem security education, training, andawareness program (SETA). • Overseeing the compliance of securitysettings for operating systems, to includeWindows, Unix/Linux, etc. on classifiedinformation systems under their purview. • Ensuring proper measures are taken when aninformation system incident or vulnerability isdiscovered. Managing and executing the informationsecurity continuous monitoring program. • Ensuring configuration management policiesand procedures for authorizing the use ofhardware / software on an information systemare followed and assess changes to thesystem, its environment, and operational needsthat could affect the security authorization. • Maintaining required information securitycertifications (e.g. Sec+, CISSP, etc) • Supporting Lockheed Martin CorporateSecurity initiatives by providing input andrecommendations to the GovernmentCompliance Steering Council (GCSC) through the MFC representative, as needed.Basic Qualifications:Ability to author SSPs and maintain authorizations to operate (ATO). • Ability to perform technical certifications for systems being presented to the government for authorization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers and senior management. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment. • Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security. • Sec+ or equivalent DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Management Level II or III certification, or ability to attain within six months of hire dateDesired Skills:Experience with NISPOM, RMF, DAAPM and JSIG certification and accreditation processes. • Experience working with classified information systems. • Previous experience working in an SAP / SCI/ Collateral environment. • Prior experience as ISSO, or DoD equivalent at an organization of similar size and complexity. • Understanding of network concepts and Type 1 encryption devices, such as TACLANE. • Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners. • Knowledge of government / contractor network interconnectivity arrangements. • Ability to speak in front of large groups of people. • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.
