Team members are also required to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.BENEFITS• FREE meal during your shift• Management career advancement opportunities• Access to continuous development with Smile UniverseESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSServing food and beverages to guests following company policies and plete understanding of the menu and drink recipes to ensure excellent guest service.Proper service of alcohol including requesting I.D. and intoxication procedures.Proper cash handling practices and inventory control.Pouring drinks at proper levels and limiting wasteFollow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives.Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
