Position: ICAM Program Office Senior Strategic Advisor 1765 Location: Springfield, VA Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI Compass is looking for a motivated individual to provide operational services to the Intelligence Community. Required Skills and Tasks: * TS/SCI clearance * BA/BS or MA/MS degree or related experience in a business, STEM or IT field. * Microsoft Office skills * 15+ years or equivalent of ICAM or relevant IC Agency experience. * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Good understanding of information and application security concepts, mechanisms, and tools * Experience supporting intra- and inter-agency senior leadership and working groups * Familiarity with IC, DoD, or Federal ICAM systems including current and future architectures and services to include policies such as Zero Trust * Good understanding of end-user computing and collaboration tools and technologies * Experience with ICAM IC and DoD standards, directives, policies, procedures, and technology insertion * Familiarity with risk and schedule management and mitigation * Familiarity with IC and DoD ICAM systems and services, such as attribute and policy federation, multi-factor authentication, and multi-domain requirements. Desired Skills: * Understanding of the geospatial-intelligence mission, mission systems and their contributions to the IC, DoD, and federal communities * Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and the software development lifecycle * Understanding of network technologies to include multiple cloud provider services * Ability to facilitate working groups, actions, and specification development and approval, such as for the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) Compass, Inc.
