As a Construction Management Trainee, you will work in an empowered environment to oversee the entire home-building process for millions of dollars of new home inventory. While we train you on the new construction process, you''ll serve as an on-site management trainee and work alongside a Project Manager to learn how to effectively manage a job site. You''ll be responsible for construction consulting, quality control, customer relations, and budget management.You will train for around one year with our experienced, established homebuilding operations in Pittsburgh, PA. After your training, you will relocate to our new expansion market in Atlanta, GA.You will experience the personal satisfaction of contributing to the construction of a community of new homes.
