AVP MORTGAGE LOAN SERVICING MANAGER

We are currently seeking a skilled AVP, Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager with a track record of success servicing FNMA and FHLMC loans . Job seekers should have an expensive background in FNMA and FHLMC mortgage loan servicing tasks as well as management and monitoring of mortgage servicing activities. As a key member of the real estate lending team, the position is responsible for the supervision of the loan servicing specialist and ensuring excellent member service through accuracy of data input and and management of critical servicing functions in accordance with the requirements of the Lender and internal policies and procedures.Located in Livermore, CA.,Duties Include:Answering inquiries and handling servicing problems related to proper insurance converge, claims, real estate tax provisions, payment problems, and loan maintenance input.Ensuring mortgage loan insurance premiums and real estate taxes and special assessments are paid, documentation is complete and records are maintained accurately.Performing qualify control reviews of new loan files to insure proper set up and initial disclosures are sent as required.Managing the processing of loan payoff demands, posting of payoffs, modifications, subordinations, and reconveyancesOversight, programming and maintenance of mortgage servicing systems and procedures.QualificationCollege degree preferred3-5 years'' experience in similar or related position with FNMA and FHLMC servicing1+ years'' management experienceExperience working in a faced paced, member-oriented atmosphereExcellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skillsCome check out what UNCLE Credit Union has to offer!
